What is The Cloud Circle?
The Cloud Circle is a global corporate benefits platform that transforms your recurring cloud expenses into advantages for your company.
We work with major Cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud) to offer points that can be converted into resources that drive business growth and team qualification.
Our operation is divided into two autonomous fronts:
• Business Program (For Companies): we convert your recurring cloud expenses (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud) into points that can be exchanged for licenses, certifications, training, events and consulting.
• Professional Community (For Individuals): where hundreds of technology leaders in Brazil and the USA have access to a networking environment, training, events and exclusive forums.
With this, we transform a recurring cost into real advantages, while strengthening the relationship between companies and Cloud providers.
How does our Business Program work?
It’s very simple, to participate we only need to change the payment method for your Cloud service (AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud), migrating from credit card to bank slip/ACH, thus starting to accumulate points, without any additional cost.
These points are the result of collective negotiations with major providers. By bringing together various companies in a single ecosystem, we increase relevance with suppliers, which generates significant incentives and advantages.
For companies participating in the Business Program, this means concrete corporate benefits without any extra investment. For providers, it means greater account loyalty and lower transactional costs with credit cards. It’s a win-win model for the entire sector.
Important: There are no changes to your existing contracts, prices, discounts or technical configurations.
How does point accumulation work in the Business Program?
• Accumulation: 2 points per US$ 1.00 spent on cloud services, excluding taxes.
• Example: Monthly spend of US$ 3,000 = 6,000 monthly points
• Crediting: After payment confirmation by provider or authorized partner
• Point validity: 24 months from crediting date
• Ownership: Points belong to the company (legal entity)
Does the Business Program have any cost, fee or waiting period?
No. The Cloud Circle does not charge fees, monthly payments or waiting periods. The model is completely transparent: your company maintains the same Cloud spending, but starts accumulating points that can be exchanged for benefits in the marketplace.
How to migrate to the program?
1. Request: Fill out eligibility form with company data and cloud accounts
2. Validation: We verify technical, commercial and fiscal requirements
3. Documentation: Signing commercial terms when necessary
4. Configuration: Adjustment of payment method to eligible channel
5. Activation: Start of point accumulation after first invoice

How do I track my point balance?
Through the exclusive Business Program panel in the logged area, where you can track your updated balance, redemption history and direct impact on your projects.
Can I transfer my points to another company or account?
No. Points are exclusive to the registered company and cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
Is the Professional Community really free?
Yes. The community was created to promote learning, collaboration and networking among top technology professionals in Brazil and the USA. There are no participation costs.
